Our connect groups

"And let us be concerned about one another in order to promote love and good works, not staying away from our worship meetings, as some habitually do, but encouraging each other,  and all the more as you see the day drawing near."

Manurewa

Mike and Vanessa

Hey there, thanks for checking out our connect group page. We believe that connect groups are a great way for people to learn about God through His Word (the Bible) and be encouraged in their walk with God. Over the past year we have enjoyed seeing people grow in their understanding of who they are in Christ and, more importantly, who He is in us. If you are interested in joining our fun and exciting connect group, send us a message or come and chat with us at church on Sunday.

God Bless,

From Mike and Vanessa

"Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. But encourage one another every day, as long as it is still called “today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin."

Hebrews 3 :12-13

Clendon

Ps. Raj

Greetings in Jesus name! It is my desire as a leader to see my members grow spiritually and have an intimacy with the Lord and to spread the gospel to the local communities.

I believe that by the grace of God we will be able to achieve that and even more.

To grow in our intimacy with God, we regularly spend time worshipping God together. After having a great time of worship, I or another experienced leader, shares a message with the group to encourage and help them in their relationship with both God and with the people he has put in our lives.

As a group, we believe in fulfilling the great commission, and on various occasions we go out to share the good news of what Jesus Christ has done with the general public. In accordance with James 5:14-16, we also spend time praying with each other to see God heal people with physical, relational or spiritual disorders.

If you live in Clendon, speak Hindi, or would like to be a part of our dynamic group, feel free to see me at church and I'll let you know where and when our next meeting will be taking place.

God Bless,
Ps. Raj Kumar.

"Are there any sick among you? Then ask the elders of the church to come and pray over the sick and anoint them with oil in the name of our Lord. And the prayer of faith  will heal the sick  and the Lord will raise them up,  and if they have committed sins  they will be forgiven. Confess and acknowledge how you have offended one another  and then pray for one another to be instantly healed,  for tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer  of a godly believer!"

James 5:14-16

Papakura

Alvin and ranjeeta

Hi, my name is Alvin and I have been blessed with the opportunity to lead the Papakura connect group. My heart behind this ministry is to help people to find answers to their questions and to create an environment where we can support each other in our relationship with God.

"Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ."

Ephesians 6:1-2
